Where are you physically located?

We are located at 60 Dodd Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003.

What are your Store Hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM-10:00PM and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00AM to 10:00PM.

What are your Pickup and Delivery Hours?

Monday and Thursday: 10:00AM-12:00noon and 12:00noon-2:00PM
Monday through Friday: 7:00PM-10:00PM
Saturday and Sunday: 12noon-2:00pm and 2:00PM-4:00PM

Do I have to be home for the pickup and delivery?

You do not have to be home for pickup or delivery as long as we agree on where to pickup and/or drop off your laundry.

Is there a charge or minimum amount for pickup or delivery?

There is no charge for the pickup and delivery. The minimum order required for us to provide our free pickup and deliver service is $19.00. This is equivalent to 20 pounds of Wash & Fold.

Do you have a referral reward program?

Yes. Our customers love our service and we rely on word of mouth. To take advantage of our referral program, simply click here to login to the secure customer area, and click on refer a friend. You automatically will receive 15% off your next order. If you refer multiple customers, you will receive discounts on multiple orders. Refer 10 people, receive 15% off your next 10 orders!!!

Do you offer dry cleaning services/tailoring?

Yes, we provide Eco-friendly Organic dry cleaning and tailoring.

Do you have "Same Day" service?

We do not currently provide Same Day services.

How long does your laundry services take?

We will return your laundry and dry-cleaning in 72 hours.

How do I pay for your laundry services?

You can pay for our cleaning services either by debit card or credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

Can I manage my laundry services requests via the Internet?

You can manage your account and preferences under the "Existing Customers" link at the top-right of this page. All the key information in your profile will enable us to accurately and professionally process your service orders.

Do I HAVE to manage my account and make pickup and delivery requests online?

You do not have. You can call us at (201) 308-3279 and we will process your order, based on your requirements, in a timely manner.

Will my information be kept confidential and safe?

We make every effort to protect your personal information and privacy. In the case of Internet provided information, we do not sell or share your data with any third parties; it is only used to manage your order requests with the highest level of service possible.

What do I do if I have a problem with my laundry upon delivery?

Should there be an issue with your laundry, call us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.

Do you service corporate accounts?
